THE DUTTA CORPORATION was founded in 1988 by J. Tim Dutta. This exceptionally innovative 45 year old life long horseman explores every angle originating from his unique concept and one which forms the basis of the company: The horse first and foremost. The horse above all else because it is so much more than just freight or profit, it is a living, breathing, high performance animal that has needs and wants all of its own.

J. TIM DUTTA is the founder and chairman of The Dutta Corporation. His life long passion for horses and their well being keeps him highly involved with the day to day operations of the company which transports horses around the world in any given week. He stays on top of the market place and his clients by doing his favorite things, traveling with world class high performance horses as groom extraordinaire, attending national and international competitions across the globe, or being actively involved as owner/manager of world class dressage horses, ridden by international dressage rider Susan J. Dutta.

While growing up and pursuing his equestrian dreams, Tim is a accomplished show jumping rider and polo player who has represented with distinction his native country of India in both sports. Now he pursues his first love of dressage and see the young horses grow to seasoned international dressage horses.

Tim sponsors the Dutta Show Stables and its string of dressage horses, USEF National Developing Dressage horse Championships, Winter Equestrian Festival, CDI & CDI W dressage horses all across US & Canada. In the spirit of giving back, Tim serves on the advisiory committee of Just World International and The Dutta Corp. is a  corporate partner. His other passion is cooking, wine pairing and entertaining friends from around the world.
